📦 How long does it take to ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order hits the road.
🚚 What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. You’ll be able to track your shipment from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it arrives at your door.
🔄 What’s your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered! If there's an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cheekydepot@gmail.com.
We accept returns on unused, non-custom items in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

🎨 Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We specialize in sublimation printing on metal, wood, and ceramics, so if you have a custom idea in mind, reach out—we’d love to make it happen.
🛠️ What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Please snap a quick photo and email us at cheekydepot@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right ASAP.
